Junior research award of the German Society for Addiction Research and Addiction Therapy
The German Society for Addiction Research and Addiction Therapy (Dg-Sucht) awards a research price to junior researchers at the German Congress on Addiction each year. This award is endowed with 1.000 Euros.
The research findings can relate to all fields of substance-related and non-substance-related addiction.
The „Oberberg Foundation Matthias Gottschaldt and the German Society for Addiction Research and Addiction Therapy (DG-Sucht) reward outstanding scientific publications for the research in substance-related addictions, especially alcohol and drug addiction. The applications are not limited to physicians or certified psychologists; also research groups can be awarded. The publications can derive from the expert fields in psychotherapy, psychosomatic, psychiatry, neurology, psychology, biochemistry, neurobiology, pharmacology, as well as from prevention and rehabilitation research. This price is awarded every two years.
